Experience Real Estate Agents Referrals for Branch Management opportunities:
Conditions:
· Branch Manager must be experience CA Real Estate licensed,
· Management skill is required
· All agent and loan officer must be CA Real Estate licensed with no exception
· $1000.00 charge to the branch only (*call for more details)
Areas of expertise:
v Residential (all Subfields)
v Commercial (all Subfields)
v Industrial (all Subfields)
Referrals Commission:
ü 12 agents monthly = $7500.00
ü 13 + agent monthly = $800 bonus / agent
ü 1099 will be offer at the end of each year
