  • Branches have access to the company server system for loan origination and others approved marketing materials (all up to date forms, compliance's and guidelines)
  • Branches will be added to the company web site and each agent’s will have the ability to have their own site linked to the company’s (1st year free, and it can be free too…ask how)

Conditions:

·         Branch Manager must be experience CA Real Estate licensed,

·         Management skill is required

·         All agent and loan officer must be CA Real Estate licensed with no exception

·         Low fee charge to the branch only (Per close transaction or one time monthly charge)
